It is now IMPOSSIBLE to place an order on our site that will not ship out the same business day. We've modified our shopping cart so that if it's not in our warehouse... you CAN'T put it in your cart.
If your order is placed before 4:00pm Eastern Time it will ship out that SAME DAY! This guarantee applies to business days only (Monday-Friday). Due to limited postal hours we are unable to guarantee shipments on weekends and postal holidays.
Unfortunately, orders that are paid for by Check or Money Order do not qualify for same day shipping guarantee.
There are some situations in which it is necessary for us to temporarily place a security hold on an order. These situations include but are not limited to: non-matching billing address or large orders containing a different shipping and billing address. All security investigations will be conducted within one business day. If it is necessary for us to hold your order for security reasons we will expedite your order at our expense.
Shipping
We're excited to announce same day US shipping on all orders. Generally US Mail orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. This takes an average of 3-7 days for delivery.
We also have several other methods available for more time critical shipments.
International orders are shipped either USPS International Priority Mail (1-3 weeks delivery), or shipped FedEx Express International with delivery Worldwide in 2-3 business days.

We stand behind the products we have chosen to carry. Our primary concern is that our customers get top of the line yo-yos, parts and accessories .You may return unused products to us within
30 days for a full store refund, minus shipping cost. It is our policy not to offer refunds on used products or products without their original packaging unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage to your product. We provide comprehensive product descriptions to help you make your purchasing decision carefully.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from
our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance
of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are nonrenewable.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the
customer. YoyoCrazy.com reserves the right to return any merchandise
without a valid RA# to the customer. All returned merchandise
must be in the original packaging, and all components, manuals
included. All products that is returned incomplete, or damaged,
-- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction
is final. Our 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to
special order items.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30
days of the original ship date by calling 1-888-856-2894 (toll-free
within the US) or local or international calls:1-805-275-1758.
2. Please provide the following information when requesting
a RA#: Original order number (located on invoice slip), name
of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime
telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging
and that all components, manuals, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, please insure the package and use
a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS or FedEx

6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the
RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package and
on the inside with your phone number and name. PACKAGES WITHOUT
A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
APO/Military Addresses
We do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). Choose the "USPS Priority Mail" for A/FPO addresses when checking out.
Please Note:
There may be 1-2 business day delay in shipping by USPS method since we have to physically drop off the packages at a Postal Office.
Please use AE or AP as the state for APO and FPO addresses.
Missing orders can only be traced after 15 business days
from the ship date. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing
orders will not be issued until the US Postal Service has approved the
claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks. The US Postal
Service imposes weight and size limitations on shipments to some locations.

Magic Geek and YoyoCrazy.com are not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
